CarbonPocket respects your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can request it through one of the methods below.
Some data may be retained for legal or compliance reasons if required by applicable law (e.g., tax or audit records). This data will be anonymized and kept only for the minimum period required by law.
• Open CarbonPocket on your device
• Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Follow the confirmation prompts
• Your account will be deleted immediately
• Send an email to carbonpocket@neocert.com.br with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
• Include the email address associated with your CarbonPocket account
• We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email
We will process your deletion request within 30 days of verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
